Payment Terms:
You can pay by Visa,
Discover, MasterCard, and
Debit/Check cards. You can
also pay by Bank Wire
Transfer. Please contact us
for details.
All air and overseas
shipments must be prepaid.
Delivery: Via
FedEx, U.P.S. and/or United
States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.). We also
offer all types of U.P.S. Air Services. We
use U.S.P.S. only for shipments outside the continental United States.
Returns: NO RETURNS ALLOWED, unless authorized by us. We will issue a return sticker for any approved return. Any package sent to us without the
return sticker will be refused by us. Claims for defective merchandise or wrong shipments must be filed within
ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise.
Insurance: All Packages are automatically insured for their full value. In case of receipt of damaged shipment, or if any package is missing, please file claim directly with the carrier and notify us so that we may follow up.
Refused Shipment: A 15% restocking charge, plus the freight charge, will be levied and billed by us on any unclaimed or refused shipment.
